Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and deploy multi-agent AI systems using LangGraph and LangChain to
automate CRM processes, administrative tasks, and complex institutional workflows.
● Architect scalable, secure, and robust enterprise-grade generative and agentic AI
applications.
● Develop and optimize AI-driven automation solutions, enhancing institutional
communication efficiency.
● Ensure integration and seamless operation of AI systems with existing IT infrastructure,
primarily focusing on Microsoft Azure deployments.
● Develop and manage robust REST APIs using FastAPI to facilitate frontend-backend
integration.
● Containerize applications using Docker to ensure consistent deployment environments
and streamline DevOps workflows.
● Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate AI services effectively into user-facing
applications.
Technical Requirements:
● 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily focused on Python development.
● 3+ years hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) , NLP, and
Multi-modal generative AI.
● Minimum 2 years' experience designing and implementing Generative AI multi-agent
systems with LangChain and LangGraph. And familiarity with, RAG-pipelines , Agentic
RAG, Redis, RabbitMQ , Pgvector and other Vector Databases .
● Should be well aware about MCPs(model context protocols).
● Strong knowledge of FastAPI for building efficient and reliable REST APIs.
● Proven proficiency in deploying scalable AI solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
● Extensive experience with Docker and containerization strategies to streamline
development and deployment.
● Contributions to open-source AI projects.
● Demonstrated frontend development or integration experience.
● Experience with AI Assistants like github Copilot and Cursor etc for fast coding and
execution of the project.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelors, Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
● Proven track record leading AI projects from conception through deployment in
enterprise or educational environments.
● Familiarity with enterprise CRM systems and AI-driven business process automation.
