As Manager – HR Strategy, you'll play a critical role in aligning human capital priorities with institutional goals driving workforce transformation, succession planning, and data-powered HR innovation.
🔍 What You'll Do:
✅ Lead development of our HR strategic plan
✅ Champion workforce planning and capability analysis
✅ Drive talent pipeline & succession frameworks
✅ Develop HR dashboards to support C-suite decisions
✅ Shape a high-performance culture and leadership growth
🎓 What We’re Looking For:
✔ Master’s in HR, Business Admin, or Organizational Psychology or a related field
✔ 7–10 years of HR experience with 3 – 5 years in strategy/OD
✔ Certifications like SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR, or CIPD (a plus!)
✔ Strong grip on HR analytics, strategic planning & change leadership
