Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the university’s ERP / Campus Management System.
- Collaborate with academic and management offices to develop ERP requirement documents.
- Ensure seamless integration of ERP modules across Student Lifecycle Management, HR, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, Project Management and other operational functions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external ERP consultants to ensure deliverables are aligned with project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
- Continuously monitor ERP system performance and proactively initiate improvements to optimize efficiency, user experience, and data security.
- Ensure data integrity, enforce compliance with university policies, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and present progress reports, dashboards, and system status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 16 years of education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business
- Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation / management, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with ERP solutions in higher education, such as
- Microsoft Dynamics (AX, D365) and SAP.
- Strong understanding of academic operations, student lifecycle, and administrative functions including HR, payroll, finance, supply chain and project management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or ERP-specialized credentials.
- Experience with cloud-based ERP implementations.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Comprehensive knowledge in integrated campus technologies, including SIS, LMS, CRM platforms.
