Minimum 15 years of progressive executive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CEO or equivalent C-suite role within a tech-driven organization.
Proven ability to scale technology businesses globally—especially with successful market penetration in the US, UK, and Middle East.
Strong background in B2B enterprise sales, global deal-making, and building strategic partnerships.
Expertise in digital transformation, AI product strategy, cloud solutions, and tech-enabled services (BPO, SaaS, platform-based models).
Demonstrated leadership in P&L ownership, financial planning, and investor relations, ideally with experience in VC or private equity-backed environments.
Deep understanding of Customer Experience (CX) strategy and innovation in digital service delivery.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills—able to align teams, clients, and investors across regions.
Track record of building and scaling diverse, high-performing global teams across cross-functional domains.
A minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Strategy, or a related field.
A background in Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science is highly desirable.
